What this page is

A compact status page for notable people: it states whether our site currently lists a death notice or full obituary. It is meant for visitors searching questions like “has this person died”.

When this can change

If reliable reporting confirms a death, we may publish a full article and this URL may start showing that story. Until then, treat this as an informal snapshot, not a newswire or official record.

Editorial note

Absence of an obituary on our site does not prove someone is alive or dead in any legal or medical sense—only that we have not filed that story yet.

What “obituary on file” means here

We mean a dated obituary or death-notice style article published under our usual editorial process—not every mention of a name elsewhere on the web.

Not medical or legal advice

This page is for general information and search clarity only. For official records, use government registers, family announcements, or licensed news outlets.
