Stan Berry, an American politician and member of the Arkansas House of Representatives, died on March 23, 2026.
A Republican, he represented Arkansas’ 44th House district at the time of his death. Berry was born in Dover, Arkansas, on May 20, 1954, and was first elected to the Arkansas House in 2002, taking office in January 2003.
He served in the chamber from 2003 to 2008, returned in 2019, and had served there until his death. He also served on the Dover School Board, the Dover City Council and in the National Guard. Berry graduated from Arkansas Tech University and was a Presbyterian.
