Mohsen Dalloul, a Lebanese journalist and politician, died on February 17, 2026, at the age of 92.

A member of the Progressive Socialist Party, he served as minister of agriculture and minister of defense in the 1990s. He was also a long-term member of the Lebanese Parliament, serving from 1991 to 2004.

Born in Aali en Nahri in 1933, Dalloul studied at Oriental College in Zahlé and held a degree in sociology. He later worked as a teacher in the Bekaa and Beirut districts before beginning work for newspapers and magazines.

Mohsen Dalloul (Arabic: محسن دلول‎; 27 June 1933 – 17 February 2026) was a Lebanese journalist and politician. Being a member of the Progressive Socialist Party he served as the minister of agriculture and minister of defense in the 1990s. Dalloul was a long-term member of the Lebanese Parliament, serving between 1991 and 2004.
