Hannah Henry, a Canadian triathlete, died on February 8, 2026, at age 26.
Born in Victoria, British Columbia, on October 27, 1999, she began competing in triathlon at age 9 and later attended Mount Douglas Secondary School before moving to Arizona to train and compete at Arizona State University. Henry won back-to-back USA Triathlon Collegiate National Championships in 2017 and 2018 and represented Canada internationally, including at the 2019 Pan American Games, where she earned a silver medal in the mixed relay.
