Billy Bryan, an American baseball player who appeared for the Kansas City Athletics, New York Yankees and Washington Senators, died on April 9, 2026, at age 87.

William Ronald Bryan was born in Morgan, Georgia, on December 4, 1938, and was a major league catcher who appeared in 374 games over parts of eight seasons from 1961 to 1968. Signed by the Athletics in 1960, he had early minor-league success and played his longest major league stretches with Kansas City in 1964 and 1965.

He retired in 1970 after 11 professional seasons.
